Afshin Babaei Music Producer
Born in 1986, I began playing percussion instruments at 19 and collaborated extensively with notable Iranian bands, musicians, and composers. My education in Tonbak involved learning from Mohammad Tayebi Jebeli, Arjang Kamkar, Alireza Pirouznia, and Pezhham Akhavas. I participated in master classes by Pejman Hadadi and Navid Afghah. Performing with Mezrab and Raz-o-Niaz bands, touring with Zand Band, and engagements with Pardis Orchestra highlight my diverse performance experiences. Additionally, I've instructed private students and contributed percussion to several acclaimed albums.
Mona Moradi Percussionist
Mona Moradi, a skilled percussionist, initially trained in Tonbak under the guidance of Tonbak masters Bahman Rajabi and Reza Khorashadi, and Daf under the mentorship of Mohammad Tarighat. Upon moving to Canada in 2013, she continued her studies with Pedram Khavarzamini and diversified her percussion skills, including Cajon, Conga, Djembe, Darbuka, and Bongos with Altaf "Bwana Moto" Vellani. Mona is committed to continual improvement and has collaborated with international musicians across various genres, including traditional Iranian, African, Pop, and Latin.
Amin Aghaie Koohi Ethnomusicologist, violinist
Amin Aghaie Koohi, a PhD candidate in Ethnomusicology at Tchaikovsky National Academy of Music in Kiev, holds an MA in Violin Pedagogy from Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University. He also possesses a Specialist diploma in Music Art, is a qualified teacher of music, ethics, and aesthetics, and a teacher of art culture, all from Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University. Amin is a member of the British Forum for Ethnomusicology (BFE) since 2022 and is also a member of the International Council for Traditional Music (ICTM).
Galyna Omelchenko Aghaie Koohi Musician
Galyna Omelchenko-Aghaie Koohi, a versatile musician and educator, serves as a Voice Teacher at Inspire Music Academy, Markham, Ontario. As an Associate Professor at Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University (2021-2023), she excelled in interactive teaching and technology integration. Her composition and conducting work with the Shiraz Chamber Orchestra in Iran showcased her talent. She's also a soloist with the Chamber Ensemble Named After I. F. Dobzhinsky. Galyna holds a Ph.D. in Musicology and impressively balances teaching, composing, performing, and research in her musical journey.
Elyas Taghavi Singer Musician
Elyas Taghavi, an accomplished musician, singer, and university professor, hailing from Isfahan, boasts a diverse musical journey. He honed vocal skills from his father and studied with Master Malek Mohammad Masoudi. Proficient in Ney, Tar, Setar, and Tanbak, he learned from esteemed mentors like Khalil Maleki and Hassan Kassai. Holding diplomas from Isfahan Music High School and a Bachelor's from Tehran's Higher Music Academy, Elyas has performed worldwide and is an esteemed professor, teaching various music disciplines. His upcoming album "Oj Rooya" is highly anticipated.
Iraj Hamdami Musician
I have been involved in music for 34 years, starting in 1997 in the pop music scene. I have collaborated with many singers, including Abbas Bahadori, Amir Karimi, Amir Tajik, Hossein Zaman, Babak Jahanbakhsh, Saeed Arab, Mohammad Reza Hedayati, Maziar Fallahi, Farzad Farzin, and more.</p> <p>In the field of film and series composition, I began my career in 2005 and have worked on over 16 series, including "Patogh," "Neshani," "Raz-e Penhan," "Bagh-e Sarhang," "Saat-e Sheni," "Dor-e Chahar," "Raz-o Niyaz," "Booye Baran," "Taa Rahayi," and others.
Aidin Sadeghzadeh Musician
His journey as a bass player and instructor shines brightly in your professional summary. Over 16 years, he has participated in more than 300 gigs, lending his skills to bands like Ali Zand Vakili and Hamzeh Yeganeh. His dedication extends to music education, teaching at Hatra Music Institute and providing private tutoring. His approach involves tailoring lessons to individual student needs while fostering creativity and technique. Despite an economics degree, his passion for music education has been his driving force.
Alireza Sanaee Music Producer

Abdolreza Rostamian, a versatile classical singer and duduk player, holds dual Master's Degrees from Komitas Conservatory in Armenia and Giuseppe Verdi's Conservatory in Milan. He showcased his talent with various orchestras and choirs, performing diverse roles in operas and madrigals. Notable works include roles in Monteverdi's "Il Combattimento di Tancredi e Clorinda" and "Orfeo." His album "Baroque Songs" and collaborations worldwide reflect his diverse vocal range from Baroque to Contemporary music.
